Returns Policy

DTOZ returns’ policy expires after 30 days from purchase, unfortunately we cannot assist you with a refund or exchange past the above-mentioned timeline. Please make sure you return your goods timeously to avoid disappointment.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. It must also be in the original packaging. Goods that are not in the above-mentioned condition will not be eligible for return and will be sent back to the customer at the customers expense.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase as well as proof of payment. 

Refunds (if applicable) 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. It is at DTOZ’s discretion to approve or reject a credit from time to time and no return will be unreasonably withheld
If your request is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 2-5 working days. DTOZ cannot be responsible for delays in Bank’s refunding policies and this may take a few days to reflect in your account depending on the Bank you utilize.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 

If you haven’t received a refund after the above mentioned time, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted at the bank and reflecting in your account. It is our every intention to make this process as timeously as possible.

Sale items (if applicable) 

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned for credit or refunded. These include special order items and clearance stock items.

Exchanges (if applicable) 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. It is our intention to provide goods that are new and in working condition .If you need to exchange your item due to it being defective or damaged, please make sure it is in the original packaging. The customer will need to first return the product to DTOZ at your expense, should your claim be accepted, DTOZ will send you a new product at DTOZ’s expense as well as refund you the courier charge for sending the product back to us. Please correspond to us in writing and get written consent before sending goods back to DTOZ. Please send all correspondence via email to info@dtoz.com.au . We will advise where you should return the products to.
“Shipping Returns Policy” for Incorrect products ordered
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item correctly ordered, and then decided to return for credit.There will be 15% surcharge on these items ordered correctly and returned in there original condition to DTOZ.


Our products are of the highest aftermarket quality and we take Claims very seriously. Should you have a RFC ( request for credit ) please follow our returns for credit policy.
